Month End is the cut-off date for purchases by you and your organization counting for the previous Volume Month (VM). This date does NOT correspond to the end of the calendar month.
Month End Closing General
Orders and requests can always be placed until the 2nd of the following month at 11.59 pm, regardless of weekends and public holidays.
Month End for PCM and higher
Members of the President's and Chairman's Club (PCM & CCM) have until the 3rd of the following month at 11.59 pm for last-minute orders and applications, regardless of weekends and public holidays.
Please make sure that you place your qualifying orders (e.g. to remain active) beforehand and use the report features in your Unicity Office to find out which partners in your organization are close to qualifying for the next rank!*
PLEASE NOTE
- You can place your order in the Unicity shop for the previous Volume Month as of the last day of the month until the second day of the new calendar month. As explained above, PCM & higher have until the third of the new calendar month.
- All requests must be made by e-mail from the email address on file with us, without exception. Orders and requests concerning your downline will only be accepted and processed with the account owner /ID in cc.
- Requests must be clear and unambiguous and contain all necessary information, including the relevant ID numbers and order numbers.
- The transfer of Personal Volume (PV) between Franchise Partner or Member accounts is prohibited (see Unicity Policy Section 5)
- Distributor Placements: The original enroller/sponsor of a new distributor has 60 days to submit a placement request to change the sponsor while remaining the enroller. Forms for this purpose can be found in office.unicity.com.
- Note for first-time written orders and enrolments: Remittances take on average 3-4 business days. Credit card payments are instant. Please check your points again at the end of the month (PV, GV). This information can also be found in the calendar on the Unicity back office.
* Please always adhere to the 70 percent rule set forth in the Unicity Policies and Procedures in Section 5 E.
