On occasion, your Members may ask about the status of their order. Once an order is placed, your Member should receive an email confirming that order. Another email will follow once their order has shipped. In case this email is lost, you can find the status of your Member’s order using Unicity Office.
To locate your Member’s order, head to the Members page in Unicity Office. Once there, find your Member’s profile. Need help finding your Member’s profile? Head over to our search help article.
Once you have found your Member’s name on your list of Members, open their profile by clicking on their name.
On the profile view, open the order history by clicking on “Orders.”
Next, click on the order in question.
With the order details page open, you can see the status of the order. The status of an order will show either “Preparing to Ship” or “Shipped.”
“Preparing to Ship” means the Unicity Fulfillment Center has received the order and is prepping the order for shipping. Orders placed before 10:00 a.m. MT (Monday–Friday) will process the same day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will process on Monday.
When the order has left the Unicity Fulfillment Center, the status will change to “Shipped.”
Once tracking info is available, it will be added to the order details page. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to process and be updated.
On the order details page, you can also verify the shipping address used for the order in case your Member is worried they may have used the wrong shipping information. This page also allows you to view the products in the order.
