We’re offering three types of auto-generated follow-up activities to help you stay on top of your business.
New Feel Great Members
This section shows all your Members who have purchased their first Feel Great pack within the last two weeks. You may want to send each of them a text welcoming them to the Feel Great approach. You’ll know best what to say based on your personal relationship with them, but here is an example message you can use as inspiration.
Example message: Hi [Their Name],this is [Your Name]. Congrats on starting Feel Great! I wanted to reach out and let you know that you’re welcome to contact me if you have questions. Also, here is a quick video that explains how to get started with the system: ufeelgreat.com/learn
Order Reminders
This section shows all your Members who have gone 5 weeks without repurchasing from you. By default, the list is sorted by last purchase date. You may want to reach out to the Members on this list and ask them about their experience with Feel Great or the other products they purchased. There are many reasons why people do not repurchase and one of the most common is that they simply forgot.
Example message: Hi [Their Name], I wanted to check in with you and ask about how your experience has been going with the Feel Great approach. I’m here to help if you have any questions about how you can maximize the impact.
Partials- Incomplete Orders
This section shows individuals who created a Member account but did not make a purchase. This usually means these are prospects who followed your link and made it most of the way through checkout on ufeelgreat.com but did not click the purchase button. You may want to follow up with them quickly in order to see if they have any questions about Feel Great you can help with.
Example message: Hi [Their Name],this is [Your Name]. I noticed you created an account on ufeelgreat.com but didn’t purchase yet. Let me know if you have any questions about Feel Great -- I’m available via text or phone and would love to help.
